Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required before work begins.
• Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable once design work has commenced.
• If you wish to cancel before work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus processing fees.

 Gift Cards

• Digital Only: All gift cards issued by Seventeen Designs are digital and will be delivered via email. No physical gift cards will be provided.

• Expiration & Usage: Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and can be used for any eligible Seventeen Designs services.

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or transferred.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Seventeen Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. Treat them like cash and store them securely.

• Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
