Step One: Reserve Your Start Date


When you book your Signature Design service, you’ll prepay to secure a reserved start date in our exclusive design schedule. This ensures your project receives our full attention and is never rushed.

Immediately after booking, you’ll receive a Welcome Package by email with:

  • Your Client Questionnaire
  • Your Acknowledgment of Terms
  • Helpful next steps

📝 Please note: All forms must be submitted before your booked start date to activate your project.

Step Two: Your Vision Takes Shape


Once we’ve received your completed forms, your project will officially begin on your booked start date. From that moment, we’ll begin shaping your vision by:

  • Reviewing your style, lifestyle needs, and inspirations
  • Curating your initial moodboard and/or palette for review
  • Giving you the opportunity to request refinements before the design progresses

Step Three: Refinement & Delivery


With your feedback, we move into refinement and delivery. Depending on your chosen service, this may include:

  • Moodboards and curated palettes
  • Custom layouts for flow, function, and energy
  • A tailored shopping list with designer styling notes
  • Elite Enhancements, such as AI concept images, 3D models, or second concepts
  • Optional Luxury Printed Proposal Experience or Curated Materials for your Signature Design, offering a tactile, elevated finish

Step Four: Your Dream Space Delivered


Your final Concept Proposal arrives directly in your inbox, beautifully presented as a professional design guide. Inside, you’ll have everything you need to confidently bring your dream space to life with clarity, elegance, and intention.

For clients seeking an even more elevated experience, we also offer:

  • Elite Enhancements, such as AI concept images, 3D models, or second concepts
  • Optional Luxury Printed Proposal Experience or Curated Materials delivered in our signature packaging, for a tactile, luxury finish

And when your transformation is complete, we’d love to celebrate with you tag us or share photos of your space so we can showcase your next chapter.

⚠️ Important Policy Reminder
All required forms must be submitted before your booked start date. If forms are missing, your project will be placed on hold and can be reactivated for $75 within 6 months of your original start date. After 6 months, your project expires and a new booking is required.
